Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
This position will focus on the design and creation of components and assemblies used in the creation of saws that utilize small diameter (155µ – 310µ) diamond-coated wire. Industry-related calculations to size motion control components and structural elements will be key tasks preformed within this position. Additionally, design review presentations to rationalize and justify design decisions will also be a required duty. This person will report directly to the VP of Operations.

Field Service/Application Engineer
Responsible for field service, start up assistance and on site customer training for a unique line of industrial material processing equipment. Successful candidate will be trained in both electrical and mechanical equipment assembly, equipment operation and material processing through that same equipment. This position reports directly to DWT Service Manager and will be a member of a Service team of 4 people.

Process / Sales Engineer
Responsible for providing process support and technical support to our customers utilizing Diamond Wire in their manufacturing processes. Successful candidate will be trained in both electrical and mechanical equipment assembly, equipment operation and material processing through that same equipment. This person will report directly to the VP of Sales/Marketing.

Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead
This person is the team lead for growing software engineering team (currently 2 members), including giving direction, mentoring, and coaching the individual team members. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development and deployment of software projects. This includes implementing a software source control package that manages multiple projects and users and maintains good software release history. This is a leadership position that must be able to mentor less experienced software engineers on good software design, debugging, testing and release practices. This position reports to the V.P. of Operations.

Human Resource Manager
The Human Resource Manager (HRM) must provide value-added, organization-wide HR expertise, leadership and implementation of best practices, HR programs and policies, and day-to-day management coaching for all functional areas of HR. HR functional areas include recruiting, employee development, learning/training, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, benefits, salary administration, employee relations, and day-to-day operations. This position will must create and develop strategy for all people initiatives with the Executive team.
Perfect candidate is knowledgeable in all areas of HR within small high growth manufacturing/engineering companies and has specific expertise in recruitment (2008 special emphasis) as well as organizational development. He/she has had experience in meeting the needs and expectations of the organization and its employees through high growth periods.
Position will report directly to the CFO and will have a part time Benefits administrator.
