Accommodates silicon crystals of up to 210 mm in diameter and up to 2350 mm in length
Operates in conjuction with a robotic material handling system which mitigates human interaction with the saw.
Work supports are automatically positioned in response to data received from the customer's robotics system.
Automated top and tail supports hod the ends of the crystal firmly in place until the cutting process is complete.
Support equipment includes a set-up station and an unload station.
